1. Workshop Description

The LWPA AI Opportunity Discovery Workshop™ is a self-paced digital educational workshop designed to help participants evaluate their skills, experience, financial situation, available resources, goals, and possible microbusiness opportunities.

The Workshop may include:

• Recorded educational videos

• Online questionnaires and assessments

• Worksheets, checklists, and planning materials

• A personalized LWPA Opportunity Blueprint

• AI-assisted recommendations and guidance

• Suggested business, marketing, financial, and operational action steps

The Workshop is an educational and planning program. It is not a franchise, employment program, investment opportunity, guaranteed business system, or promise of income.

2. One-Time Purchase

The price displayed at checkout is a one-time payment for the Workshop package described on the sales page and checkout page.

This purchase does not automatically enroll you in a recurring subscription unless a separate subscription is clearly offered and separately accepted by you.

No physical product will be shipped.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in the Workshop.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when completing the Workshop questionnaires and assessments.

The accuracy and usefulness of your personalized recommendations depend substantially on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

4. Educational Purposes Only

All Workshop content, assessments, projections, recommendations, examples, and AI-generated materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The Workshop does not provide individualized:

• Legal advice

• Credit-repair advice

LWPA does not guarantee that you will:

• Generate customers

• Recover the cost of the Workshop

• Qualify for financing

• Obtain a particular financial result

• Achieve any projected revenue or profit

Any revenue projections, financial illustrations, income goals, business examples, or potential outcomes presented in the Workshop are estimates for planning purposes only.

Your results will depend on many factors, including your experience, effort, financial condition, available time, market demand, pricing, competition, location, personal decisions, and implementation.

Past results, examples, or testimonials do not guarantee that you will obtain the same or similar results.

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

Certain Workshop materials or personalized deliverables may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated recommendations before relying on or implementing them. You should independently verify important financial, legal, tax, operational, marketing, or business information.

AI-generated content should support your decision-making, not replace your judgment or professional advice.

7. Personalized Opportunity Blueprint

Your personalized LWPA Opportunity Blueprint will be based on the information you submit during the Workshop.

The Blueprint represents an educational analysis and recommended direction. It is not a guarantee that the suggested business opportunity will be profitable, legally permissible in every location, suitable for every participant, or successful.

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to pursue any recommendation and for researching applicable licenses, permits, insurance, registrations, taxes, professional requirements, and local regulations.

8. Access and Delivery

Workshop access and instructions will generally be delivered electronically using the email address or contact information provided during checkout.

You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address

• Checking your inbox, spam, and promotions folders

• Maintaining access to your email account

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• Using compatible internet-connected equipment

Access duration, delivery timelines, and included materials will be based on the description shown on the applicable sales or checkout page.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, internet outages, third-party platform failures, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Personal-Use License

Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Workshop materials for your own personal or internal business-development purposes.

You may not:

• Share your login information

• Resell or redistribute Workshop materials

• Reproduce or publish Workshop videos

• Upload Workshop materials to another platform

• Provide copies to non-purchasers

• Remove trademarks, copyright notices, or branding

• Use the Workshop to create a competing course, workshop, assessment, blueprint, or commercial product

• Copy or reverse-engineer LWPA questionnaires, prompts, systems, workflows, or proprietary business methods

Unauthorized sharing or commercial use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the responsible party to legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All Workshop content, videos, questionnaires, assessments, worksheets, designs, branding, prompts, systems, frameworks, reports, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TAXPRO DEPOT, INC. and Live Wealthy Pinoy Academy.

The purchase of Workshop access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

The names Live Wealthy Pinoy Academy, LWPA, and LWPA AI Opportunity Discovery Workshop™, together with related branding and materials, may not be used without written authorization.

11. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of purchase by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL].

A refund may be approved when:

• The request is made within the seven-day period;

• The personalized LWPA Opportunity Blueprint or other customized deliverable has not yet been generated or delivered; and

• There is no evidence of misuse, copying, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing.

Once a personalized Blueprint or customized deliverable has been generated or delivered, the purchase becomes nonrefundable because personalized services and digital work have already been performed.

Duplicate payments and verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

12. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by an independent third-party payment processor.

Your use of the payment processor may also be subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policy, fraud-prevention procedures, and processing rules.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

This provision does not prevent you from exercising any lawful rights available through your bank, credit-card provider, payment processor, or applicable consumer-protection law.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims of unauthorized use, or payment disputes filed after accessing or receiving personalized materials may result in suspension of access and submission of relevant transaction records to the payment provider.

14. Communications

By purchasing the Workshop, you consent to receive transactional communications reasonably necessary to deliver and administer your purchase, including:

• Payment confirmations

• Receipts

• Access instructions

• Workshop reminders

• Security notices

• Service-related updates

• Personalized Blueprint delivery notices

• Customer-support responses

Providing your telephone number does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional calls or marketing text messages.

Marketing communications will be sent only when permitted by applicable law and based on any separate consent you provide. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails or revoke marketing-text consent using the instructions included in the communication.

15. Privacy

Do not submit highly sensitive information unless specifically requested and reasonably necessary for the Workshop.

16. Participant Conduct

You agree not to use the Workshop, website, membership area, or related systems to:

• Violate any law

• Introduce viruses or malicious code

• Attempt unauthorized system access

• Scrape, extract, or copy proprietary content

• Harass other participants or staff

• Interfere with platform security or operation

• Use Workshop content for unlawful or deceptive activity

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, threatens system security, infringes intellectual property, or harms other users.

17. Third-Party Services and Resources

The Workshop may refer to or integrate with third-party platforms, software, websites, artificial-intelligence providers, payment processors, social-media platforms, or business tools.

LWPA does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, security, policies, accuracy, performance, or future changes.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms, fees, privacy practices, and suitability of any third-party service before using it.

18. Modification of Workshop Content

We may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or discontinue portions of the Workshop to improve quality, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to changes in technology.

Any modification will not intentionally remove the essential benefits included in your original purchase without providing a reasonable substitute.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Workshop and related materials are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• The Workshop will meet every participant’s expectations;

• Every recommendation will be accurate or appropriate;

• Access will always be uninterrupted;

• All technical errors will be corrected immediately;

• A suggested business idea will be profitable;

• Third-party services will remain available;

• AI-generated information will be free from errors.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAXPRO DEPOT, INC., Live Wealthy Pinoy Academy, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Workshop.

This includes alleged losses involving:

• Lost income

• Lost profits

• Lost business opportunities

• Business expenses

• Data loss

• Third-party platform failures

• Decisions made using Workshop recommendations

• Actions taken based on AI-generated information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Workshop will not exceed the amount you paid for the Workshop.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or other non-waivable legal obligations.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TAXPRO DEPOT, INC., Live Wealthy Pinoy Academy, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the Workshop;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Your infringement of another party’s rights;

• Your unauthorized distribution of Workshop materials; or

• False or misleading information you submit.

22. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the Workshop will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence will not be waived by this section.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable sales page, checkout description, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement concerning your Workshop purchase.

Any material promise or guarantee must be stated in writing and authorized by LWPA.
